Captured Sunset in Nijmegen Netherlands
After trying my best to capture sunrise on board the train, the beautiful sunset, I was able to see while I was cycling home. Thus, if in the train I could not stop, I was not in express way/ hi-way with my bike so I was able to get down and took my shot steadily. It is still not of the best quality but I love sun as the subject in photo, thus, here they are, sunset at around 20:00...

Capturing the Sunrise in Netherlands
I was trying...yet, not that good enough. Yeah, I was doing my best. It's already difficult beingon the ground to capture sun shots so you can imagine the difficulty of trying to capture sunlight with my digicam (5 years old) while on board the train! Here are the shots I did, they almost look the same but which among them is a bit better?

Pasta Con Cime di Rape (Turnip Tips) e Alici Substitute: Pasta Broccoli e Alici... Anche buono!
The following is oneofmy favorites. Why? Quick, delicious and healthy! We used to do it with cime di rape or turnip tops but we could not find such vegetable here in Netherlands (or we have not discovered where to take it so far). Thus, we tried broccoli as a substitute. Nothing bad! I love it all the same. Yummy!
Tribute Get-together Dinner for the Bride, May Lofranco
Aside from the activity indicated here for thebride, another was organized by colleagues namely Marina, Helma, Graciela, Kaltoum and Irena. It was a fun Friday night just like the ones wealways have had. Great food and discussion. Some photo taking as well.

The only bad part was that I was late for like two hours due to train delay in Utrecht and we were not able to dance or have amake-uplesson from Marina as originally planned.
I posted these images today as I remember that it's already the wedding ofMay in thePhilippines. Congratulations May and Mike!
